Introduction

Cruise Holidays is a national network of independently owned franchises throughout the United States and Canada. We are the largest and oldest cruise network in the nation, and collectively represent the largest national account for many of our cruise line partners. This gives us tremendous leverage with our partners. We also are affiliated with Carlson Leisure Travel. Carlson's family of companies include, among many other recognizable brand names, Radisson Hotels, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Country Inn & Suites, and TGI Fridays. When you allow us to arrange your travel, rest assured that we are a firmly established, fully insured, brick and mortor business. We respect your privacy, and seek to provide you the very best in client service and satisfaction.

We go above and beyond the "normal" services provided by the travel industry to help ensure that our clients can focus on the excitement and anticipation of their vacation without the stresses and worry associated with planning a flawless trip. There are many little things that we believe distinguish us from other travel professionals, but we believe it is these little things that add up to make for an extraordinary experience for our clients. For example, we are open and available to you 7 days per week extended hours, so that we are here for your convenience, not the other way around. After hours, we forward our business phone to a cell phone so that when you are traveling and need to reach us, we are there for you. More than that, we have so often stepped in to assist our clients with issues that arose even with portions of their travel that they booked separately with another provider, such as online airfare. It's the cumulation of these "little things" that we believe results in a truly outstanding experience for our clients.

Exceptional Value: What do you have to pay for our outstanding service? Absolutely nothing. In fact, you may actually save money by using us than by booking your travel on your own. All of our income we receive comes directly from our crulse line and travel partners in the way of commission. There is no additional cost to you for our services. Indeed, when you book your travel with us, you will never pay more and frequently will pay less than you would if you booked your travel on your own. This is because we frequently offer special group and Cruise Holidays' negotiated rates and/or amenities on numerous sailings on most cruise lines worldwide.

Tailored Advice & Travel: We can also assist you with tailoring your cruise or land vacation around your interests. For example, we can arrange customized land excursions and/or post and pre-cruise stays for you in Europe or South America through our partner, Boutique Escapes. Working closely with you and with Boutique Escapes, we customize land travel to suit your interests. Recommending only places they have been, you will be assured that Boutique Escapes has your interests front and center.

And when you want to do just a land getaway, we have you covered there, too. We work with multiple suppliers, including Trafalgar, Happy Vacations, Apple Vacations, Club Med, GoGo Worldwide Vacations, Globus, General Tours, Viking Tours, and numerous other vacation providers to provide you with exactly the experience you want.

Cruise Holidays recently implemented a program to give back to our community. We call it "Cruise for a Cause." When you book into specially designated voyages, we will contribute a portion of our commission to a worthwhile charity. With this exceptional program, you enjoy a spectacular vacation experience while simultaneously knowing that a portion of the proceeds from your booking will go to a deserving cause.

Our Exclusive Client Loyalty Program:

The highest compliment we can receive from our clients is their repeat business and enthusiastic referrals of their friends and family members. We therefore introduced our exclusive CruiseSaders Club to recognize and say thanks for our clients who remain loyal to us. Once you book and travel with us the first time, you automatically become a member entitling you to special perks and benefits. Among other benefits, you will receive a $50 per stateroom shipboard credit on future cruises you book through us for every client you refer to us who books a cruise with us. You earn the credit once your referral has booked and traveled. There is no limit to the number of credits you can receive. Cruise Holidays' Excursion Society Programs:

Cruise Holidays recently introduced its Excursion Society Program. Available on select voyages worldwide, this program entitles Cruise Holidays' clients to receive exclusive benefits including an exclusive onboard cocktail reception, private shore excursion, and group escort. These benefits are in addition to other amentities that may be available to you as a Cruise Holidays' client on these special voyages. Meet Us:

Jim Work: At the 2007 Cruise Holidays annual conference, Jim won two awards. The first was for "Knock your Socks Off Customer Service." The second was for "Superior Sales Achievement." We believe these two awards go hand-in-hand. Jim is available 7 days a week, and goes above-and-beyond time-and-time again for his clients. He represents clients worldwide, and has sailed on numerous cruise lines. In 2006 alone, Jim took cruises in the Mediterranean, Alaska, the Caribbean, and a Viking River Cruise in Europe. Jim also has traveled Australia and New Zealand, and has enormous knowledge and familiarization with all of our cruise line partners. Knowing that each cruise line caters to a different demographic and to different interests, he will work closely with you to ensure you have the best possible experience. Jim is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and prior to his career with Cruise Holidays, worked in the technological field.

Bob Miller: Bob, with Jim Work, founded Cruise Holidays to serve the travel needs of discerning travelers worldwide. Bob began his career as a lawyer specializing in employment law. After 15 years in the legal field, Bob has taken a break from his other career to focus on growing Cruise Holidays. Bob has traveled extensively throughout the world, has experienced first-hand Cruise Holidays' cruise line partners, and has developed close relationships with Cruise Holidays' best cruise line partners. Bob has earned Accredited Cruise Counselor status through the Cruise Line International Association, and is available to assist clients with all their travel needs. Bob is a graduate of The College of William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, and of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Kay McKinney: Kay works for Cruise Holidays Monday through Thursday. Kay has traveled extensively throughout the world, and is especially knowledgeable about luxury cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Kay recently sailed on Regent's famous Paul Gauguin in Tahiti. Kay also recently sailed to the Galapagos Islands, and just returned from leading a group of Cruise Holidays' clients aboard Oceania Cruises Jacques Pepin Mediterranean cruise that departed Barcelona on August 6, 2007. This year, Kay also enjoyed a tour of China aboard Viking River Cruises, and sailed the Atlantic aboard SeaDream. Kay's clients love her enthusiasm and client-focused attention to detail.

Elaine Manarin: Elaine is a past-client of Cruise Holidays, and now works for us part-time. Elaine has traveled aboard the Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, and recently returned from a spectacular cruise of Alaska.

Nancy Kincheloe: Nancy brings a weath of knowledge and experience in the luxury cruise market to Cruise Holidays. Nancy has sailed repeatedly on Crystal Cruises, her cruise line of choice, and also has sailed aboard Royal Caribbean , Cunard, and Princess. In 2008, Nancy will embark on a 60+ day partial world cruise aboard Cunard Line's newest ship, the Victoria.
