Cruise Holidays is a national network of independently owned franchises throughout the United States and Canada.  We are the largest and oldest cruise network in the nation, and collectively represent the largest national account for many of our cruise line partners.  This gives us tremendous leverage with our partners.  We are part of the Travel Leaders.  When you allow us to arrange your travel, rest assured that we are a firmly established, fully insured, brick and mortor business.  We respect your privacy, and seek to provide you the very best in client service and satisfaction.

Outstanding Client Service:  Cruise Holidays is devoted to the highest standards of client service and satisfaction.  We go above and beyond the "normal" services provided by the travel industry to help ensure that our clients can focus on the excitement and anticipation of their vacation without the stresses and worry associated with planning a flawless trip.  There are many little things that we believe distinguish us from other travel professionals, but we believe it is these little things that add up to make for an extraordinary experience for our clients.  For example, we are open and available to you 7 days per week extended hours, so that we are here for your convenience, not the other way around.  After hours, we forward our business phone to a cell phone so that when you are traveling and need to reach us, we are there for you.  More than that, we have so often stepped in to assist our clients with issues that arose even with portions of their travel that they booked separately with another provider, such as online airfare.  It's the cumulation of these "little things" that we believe results in a truly outstanding experience for our clients.

Exceptional Value:  What do you have to pay for our outstanding service?  Absolutely nothing.  In fact, you may actually save money by using us than by booking your travel on your own.  All of our income we receive comes directly from our crulse line and travel partners in the way of commission.  There is no additional cost to you for our services.  Indeed, when you book your travel with us, you will never pay more and frequently will pay less than you would if you booked your travel on your own.  This is because we frequently offer special group and Cruise Holidays' negotiated rates and/or amenities on numerous sailings on most cruise lines worldwide. 

Tailored Advice & Travel:  We can also assist you with tailoring your cruise or land vacation around your interests.  For example, we can arrange customized land excursions and/or post and pre-cruise stays for you in Europe or South America through our partner, Boutique Escapes.  Working closely with you and with Boutique Escapes, we customize land travel to suit your interests.  Recommending only places they have been, you will be assured that Boutique Escapes has your interests front and center.

Cruise for a Cause.

Cruise Holidays recently implemented a program to give back to our community.  We call it "Cruise for a Cause."  When you book into specially designated voyages, we will contribute a portion of our commission to a worthwhile charity.  With this exceptional program, you enjoy a spectacular vacation experience while simultaneously knowing that a portion of the proceeds from your booking will go to a deserving cause.

Meet Us:

Jim Work:  At the 2007 Cruise Holidays annual conference, Jim won two awards.  The first was for "Knock your Socks Off Customer Service."  The second was for "Superior Sales Achievement."  We believe these two awards go hand-in-hand.  Jim is available 7 days a week, and goes above-and-beyond time-and-time again for his clients.  He represents clients worldwide, and has sailed on numerous cruise lines.   Knowing that each cruise line caters to a different demographic and to different interests, he will work closely with you to ensure you have the best possible experience.  Jim is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and prior to his career with Cruise Holidays, worked in the technological field.

Bob Miller:  Bob, with Jim Work, founded Cruise Holidays to serve the travel needs of discerning travelers worldwide.  Bob began his career as a lawyer specializing in employment law.  After 15 years in the legal field, Bob has taken a break from his other career to focus on growing Cruise Holidays.  Bob has traveled extensively throughout the world, has experienced first-hand Cruise Holidays' cruise line partners, and has developed close relationships with Cruise Holidays' best cruise line partners.  Bob has earned Accredited Cruise Counselor status through the Cruise Line International Association, and is available to assist clients with all their travel needs.  Bob is a graduate of The College of William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, and of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Kay McKinney:  Kay works for Cruise Holidays Monday through Thursday.  Kay has traveled extensively throughout the world, and is especially knowledgeable about luxury cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Seabourn, Silversea and SeaDream Yachts.  Kay has her ACC, MCC & LCS certification.   Kay's clients love her enthusiasm and client-focused attention to detail.
