He has led large wine groups to some extraordinary places, to include the rolling hills of Tuscany and along the French Riviera. Jim's clients love his genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Kay has been on every luxury cruise line on the market, and has visited nearly every continent in the world. She has sailed aboard Crystal Cruises, The Yachts of Seabourn, Silversea, SeaDream, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Cunard Line, Azamara Club Cruises, Holland America Line, Viking River Cruises, Uniworld River Cruises, and French Country Waterways. Kay's tenacious client service and attention to detail for every aspect of her clients' trips has earned the loyalty of her many repeat clients. Kay frequently leads groups to exotic locations, including cruises around the Horn and South American, and Europe. Kay has won top awards from Cruise Holidays International, including "Superior Sales Achievement." Her clients love to travel with her and her husband Edward, enjoying their warmth and hospitality.
Warren Turner, Luxury Cruise Counselor
Warren has been customizing cruise vacations for his loyal clients for more than six years. His clients have come to trust his advice, his responsiveness, and his genuine interest in ensuring their upmost satisfaction. Warren has personally sailed aboard numerous cruise lines to the Eastern Mediterranean, Alaska, Eastern Caribbean, Canada/New England, and the Southern Caribbean. Before entering the cruise industry, Warren spent a year working in Bremerhaven, Germany, Christmasing with relatives in Stockholm, Sweden, and touring Scandinavian capitals while singing with a choir. Warren has always been a believer in travel and the world-changing possibilities travel presents. "The more authentic and off-the-beaten track experience the better." He aspires to build relationships with clients over the long term, giving out his cell phone, connecting with them over dinner at times. Warren is a graduate and pathologically-dedicated fan of the University of Virginia, where he played in the Pep Band and was once a Cavalier Daily news editor.

Since Luxury Cruise Counselors' inception, Bob has cruised aboard numerous cruise lines to a host of places around the world, to include the Baltics, the Eastern and Western Mediterranean, the rivers of Europe, Alaska, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. He also has traveled extensively on land to such places as Australia, New Zealand, the British Isles, Ireland, and extensively through Europe. Bob is a graduate of Virginia Tech and of The College of William and Mary Law School.
Jen Wooten, Luxury Cruise Counselor
Jen is living her dream. After spending five years as a high school English teacher, Jen decided to change gears and follow her passion - to travel and see the world. To develop the kind of expertise that comes only from personal experience, Jen has been busy scouring the globe to find hidden gems for her clients. She recently returned from an extraordinary journey to South Africa, where she toured cosmopolitan Cape Town and Johannesburg, the wine region of Constantia, and the exotic wild game preserve of Krueger National Park. Jen also has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, and taken intensive courses with our cruise line partners and the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). She has personally sailed aboard and/or toured numerous of our cruise line partners, including Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and will be escorted a number of upcoming Cruise Holidays of Alexandria tours, including to Napa Valley and Spain and Portugual aboard Uniworld River Cruises. Jen is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Bob Rose, Director of Sales
Bob Rose joined Cruise Holidays of Alexandria, Luxury Cruise Counselors, in April 2013. Prior to joining Luxury Cruise Counselors, Bob had extensive experience in the travel industry. For nearly five years, he was the Business Development Manager for Royal Caribbean International, servicing the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Metropolitan regions, Maryland's Eastern Shore, and Delaware. While at Royal Caribbean, Bob won award-after-award, including Rookie of the Year in 2007, President's Award for being in the top 10 BDMs in 2007, 2010, and 2011, and BDM of the Year for cruise-tour growth and total sales in 2011. Before Royal Caribbean, Bob spent 10 years successfully managing large travel agencies in the Mid-West. Bob has traveled the globe extensively, and offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise to benefit our clients. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Western Michigan University.
